A Chaotic Meeting Day 使人鸡飞狗跳的会议天

4th week of the month is the week I hate most, particularly on Wednesday. Just because of 1 meeting, at least 5 departments will go into distressed state, where they are commanded to prepare all sort presentation materials last minute, given either a week for preparation, or sometimes only overnight. If you are unlucky, even 3 hours before the meeting, you are required to do amendment and make sure the final copy is ready before the meeting.

You may think this must be a very important meeting. Well, it is. The meeting schedule is always pre-set & we have our agenda ready every month. Unfortunately, the meeting is co-chaired by the "queen" that likes to dictate everything in the meeting, particularly what to present and what to highlight. She is a typical last minute person and doesn't care whether you can achieve or not. She will instruct and demand things to be out ontime. Worst of all, she is super micro & must check everything from A-Z, a powerpoint presentation up to a not so important leaflet artwork.

This time round, I have the worst experience where my department has to cover someone's ass when they failed to deliver. Time given for action: 30 minutes! I couldn't elaborate more! I'm furious and frustrated.

Getting Ready

Friday is the day!

这拜五就是带Mickey回家的日子。买了3个星期的"Your Happy Healthy Pet: Miniature Schnauzer"，终于昨天看完了。有几章因为还未需要用到，草草看了，也忘了。反而有关于Puppies的教育和饮食方面，我看了一次又一次。务必要把我的贝比养到肥肥胖胖，教得听听话话。

最重要一定是训练Mickey大小便的习惯。我家美美的地毯，小sofa都要收起来了，以免遭殃。看来，我开始要像孩子的妈妈，天天必须早起，督促他吃喝大小解。

书上说，puppy带回家之前必须准备他的日用品。上星期和KC买以下用品：

30" x 20" x 24" 的铁笼

饮水器-两个头，容易饮水

“狗兜”

狗粮-现在Mickey是吃这个牌子，better stick to the same

沐浴乳-白白亮亮的毛发

一定要有的玩具

养狗也不便宜哦！还只是一个开始。这星期还要带他去Vet打预防针，迟些可能要帮他剪毛。功夫瞒多。不过想到有个小可爱在身边，什么都值得。

No more Home Sweet Home

How do you feel when you living in a house but the house is not belongs to you and you are constantly paying the mortgage?

It's sucks!

Eventhough you are renting a place, I believe you still enjoy a certain degree of freedom!

It's truly annoying when you can't just laze on your comfi sofa during weekend while have to be alert if some1 step into your house.

It's truly frustating when you rather go to work than stay home even you are sick as you know some1 might march into your house.

It's truly unsecure when you place your things around and knowing it would be "re-organize".

Digital Camera：难以抉择

With the new addition member into the the family, capturing every moment with him is such adoring and precious. And of course, camera plays an important role. Now I have a serious problem with which camera should I invest.

I have an old Canon digital camera, IXUS i. It was such a hip when I bought it back in 2003. Whenever I took out the camera, I can see the admiring and envious face from my friends and colleagues. That satisfied my pride. However, I admit myself as a lazy person, or rather lazy to post infront of the camera, I didn't use it to the max. Now, I'm kinda dislike my current camera, as it has alot of limitation.

Canon IXUS i (the one I'm having is bronze colour)

Some of the pictures taken with my Canon IXUS i, see what I mean when I said I'm not totally happy with the outcome.

For the best pictures possible, I would need at least the following function:

1) 10 mega pixels

2) Optical zoom (no more digital zoom, that sucks!)

3) Mode for: i) Night snap, ii) moving object capture, e.g. pets (for my Mickey of course), iii) Autofocus

Well, after "much" survey, I have shortlisted the following:

IXUS 100 IS

IXUS 80 IS

IXUS 95 IS

PowerShot A480

I still like Canon, despite of my complaints on my old IXUS, it still a durable piece. However, I didn't expect myself to spend RM1k over for a digital camera, as it's always coming out with new model. At this moment it is the latest model with alot of hightech function, few months later, it will turn old fashion & outdated.

My hubby's advise, to go for >RM1k, why don't add slightly more money for a SLR, such as Sony DSLR Alpha 200. It's a good buy though. Anyhow, more research need to be done.

In deep dilemma, too many choices.....probably I will just end up with my old IXUS. Sigh.....

当妈妈的心情

KC录了3段短片。我看了一看，真的想飞车把我的宝贝抱起来疼。原来妈妈的心情是如此。。。

Mickey First Step

Yoyo家族

Yoyo生了3个小宝贝。

Mickey是3个之中Size最小的一个。但我相信它是个小辣椒，可能是3个中，喝奶最快，排便最快，也是最活跃的一个。














Mushi本来是JL所属。很可惜，他的某种特质，被他爸爸的主人选上了。非常精灵，喜欢观察人的动静表情，对新事物很好奇。也很粘人哦！















3个中，体型最大只。动作最慢，学走最慢。连拍照，也只能拍到躺着的姿势。超懒。可是，如果把他抓上手，可挣扎得很猛，一定要小心扭到手，因为他真得很重。到目前也不知会落入谁家，所以“暂时”叫做肥仔 or Fatty。

Mickey满月了！

小宝贝终于满月了！昨天在他阿嬷家看他开始吃狗粮食了，这属于庆祝满月吧！看了他３，４次，还是小小的，必须加油咯。
ＹＭ说，粘人的小狗比较容易跟人沟通，也容易融入新家庭。看来Mickey绝对没有这问题。每次看到我，都会走过来，闻闻我的手，舔舔我的手指。

Mickey 出世啦！

替宠物取名字从来都不是一件简单的事。以前养的狗（数一数，曾养了3只不同类型的狗），为了简单（或潜意识想要带来好运？），全都叫Lucky。Well,以前养的不是混种狗就是人们说的菜狗，什么名字也无所谓。加上是父母养的，也没什么“话事权”，也算了。
可是这次的是Schnauzer，雪纳瑞呢，怎么可能还叫那么俗的名字。想了好久，从A到Z的名字都考虑过了。才想到的Mickey。很巧的，我的宝贝也长得很像米奇老鼠。看来是实至名归。

等待的心情

每个人都尝试过等待的滋味吧。所等的可能是一个肯定，或是一个答案。而我等的是一个好消息。从一月到四月，终于有了消息，看到了希望，但不是肯定的。因为决定是一个月后。可怜的我，还是要等。。。
一个好消息的答案，是在一通电话后。那喜悦的心情是希望能抱着我的宝贝，大声喧嚷：我终于拥有了Mickey!

四月一日，愚人节，小可爱出世了。
Yoyo & the pups

Yoyo应该属于难产型。经过的2天的产痛，连羊水都破了，也不能成功进行分娩。还好及时送到了相熟的兽医，才产下了5个狗狗。但很可惜的，一只由于分娩时间过长，窒息胎死腹中。还有一只天生残缺，活不到一晚。剩下的是3只健康可爱的狗狗，其中一只就是我的宝贝。

K-20: Legend of the mask

最近看了几部Takeshi的片子。刚刚在天映频道也播出了伤城。我想我大概是看了三次。一次在戏院看首映（当时的Postcard般的票根，我还收着，当纪念品嘛。还包括如果爱的票根，也是首映留下来的。），跟着是在电视上。
哎呀，怎么说着话题扯开了。。。
介绍一部Takeshi新的日影，K-20：The Legend of Mask怪人二十面相。合演的还有松隆子和中村亨。
好久没看过这么棒的Takeshi动作片。还未进入戏院前，同事还开玩笑说，日式的动作科幻片，肯定是拍得像UltraMan 或Godzilla似。Well, 我想看完后，他肯定跌破眼镜。可惜电影已经下画了，要看的可要等到DVD出售。
说我发神经或发娇也没关系，Takeshi真的超帅，超有型。Simply gorgeous!
